This is an easy sorbet to make with just 2 ingredients. Strawberries and Lemon. Tangy and sweet.

Ingredients (serves 2-4)

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
    2 frozen lemon ice cubes

Toppings, sprinkled with:

  • Maple syrup
    Desiccated coconut
    fresh strawberries

Method:

  1. Swap out the juice strainer and wiper blades for the Ice cream maker sks sorbet strainer (blank strainer) accessory.
    Keep the smart cap open for this one.
    Add each of the frozen ingredients and then serve topped with your favorite toppings.

It's best to let your frozen fruit soften from the freezer for about 3-5 minutes before putting into the juicer
