What is the shipping time?
Shipping is made on the morning of the next business day of purchase. Our logistics and distribution center is ENVIOPACK and shipments are made from there. After the shipment is processed, the customer receives the corresponding tracking number which can be checked with the email assigned to them. We ship throughout the country and ensure that the products arrive in optimal condition.

What is the difference between juicers for home use?
The difference between the EVO820 model and the B1700 is that the EVO820 is a premium model for home use, it improves the quality of the machine parts, has a 1 cm larger mouth than the B1700 and includes the smoothie filter. Apart from that, both models can make juices, vegetable milks and fruit ice creams.

The EVO820 juicer is 4 in 1: Juices, vegetable milks, fruit ice creams and smoothies.
What warranty do the machines have?
The juicers have a 3-year warranty on the motor and 1 year on the parts. The parts warranty applies only if any part failed at the factory or is defective, it does not cover breakage due to misuse of the machine.
Do you have service and spare parts?
Yes, we have service in case you have any problems with your machine. Also spare parts for all products.
What origin does the brand have?
Kuvings is a Korean brand founded in 1976 that manufactures all its products in the city of Busan, South Korea.

ABOUT THE JUICE
Why does the Kuvings Juicer extract juice faster than other juicers even though it uses the cold pressing system?
- Kuvings is an international brand with its own factory in Busan, South Korea. Manufactures the engines and parts of the juicers. It has more than 1400 patents registered worldwide.
- The reason why a Kuvings can squeeze juice from all hard or soft fruits and vegetables is because of its powerful motor.
- It also has a larger juicer screw, which means it squeezes juice twice as fast as other juicers. The motor is very strong at 240 watts and has 3 horsepower.
What essential care should I take into account?
- Always chop hard vegetables such as beets, carrots and ginger. Never put these ingredients whole in the machine.
- Never introduce pits (hard fruit bones).
- Hydrate the nuts at least 8 hours before making the vegetable milks.
- Clean the juicer after use for optimal maintenance and hygiene of the machine.
What does cold pressed mean?
Cold pressed juices, better known as cold pressed, are extracted with a slow, low speed chewing method (RPM) that allows the maximum of nutrients, vitamins and minerals present in fruits and vegetables to be extracted.
Traditional centrifugal juicers extract juice using metal blades that spin and grind the ingredients at high speed, causing heat and friction. In this way, the juice of fruits and vegetables oxidizes, losing its texture and intense flavor.
With a cold press juicer it is possible to obtain the juice without it oxidizing and without altering its nutrients. In addition, the juice expires 48 hours after its extraction, thus achieving a longer duration than with other extraction methods.
Performance of the juicers?
Juicers extract juice instantly. The machine for commercial use extracts 40 liters per hour (tested with apples). *Approximate values that depend on the size of the fruit and its condition.
Juicers for domestic use can be used for a maximum of 30 minutes continuously.
Do you need to peel all the fruits and vegetables?
No, not all fruits and vegetables. You should peel citrus fruits and anything that has a hard peel such as pineapple, cantaloupe, and watermelon.
It is not necessary to peel, for example, carrots, beets, apples, pears, cucumber and ginger.
